Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. For shipping within Australia we offer FREE Untracked Shipping using the Auspost Domestic Letter Service or $8 Tracked shipping using Auspost or Courier. Please see the Australia Post website for current estimated shipping times: auspost.com.au most orders usually arrive between 3-10 business days.
We offer FREE Tracked Shipping on orders over $80 within Australia. This option will appear at checkout once your order qualifies and will need to be selected before checking out.
We offer Tracked International Shipping using Auspost or Court. For New Zealand customers this is $20 and for the rest of the world, it is $25. This is reflective of current postage costs in Australia. Please see the Australia Post website for current estimated shipping times: auspost.com.au most orders usually arrive between 6 days to 4 weeks depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country, the customer is responsible for any fees that may apply.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email and your tracking information (if applicable). Please allow 1-2 days for processing of orders and please note we do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Queensland Public Holidays. If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible – once your order has been sent unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your order.
Please note that if you opt to choose untracked shipping, this is taken at your own risk, however if your parcel does happen to go missing, I will do my best to replace your missing items ( P.s. I have never lost a package so far!). If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer will be responsible for the postage costs to resend the package.
For hygiene reasons and due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept change of mind refunds or exchanges. If you do have a problem with your product/s or it has been damaged in transit please get in touch email@example.com
While we enjoy customer participation, only one promotional code can be accepted per order. Promotions/sales are conditional upon stock availability and specific time range. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to enter any promotional codes at the time of checkout, codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

All promotions, sales and discounts are while stocks last, subject to change, not in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, sale, discount code or voucher. Each promotion is only valid once per customer and only through the Trinx website.
By accepting the terms and conditions you consent to receive an invitation 14 days after purchase asking you to review your purchase.
Item prices may change. Your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price. Prices exclude shipping and handling charges which are calculated at checkout. Sales tax (GST) is not applicable at this time.
By having a product in your cart, this does not guarantee you this product as the product is only ‘held’ in your cart for a certain amount of time. Products are only reserved after purchase.
Free shipping applies to your order subtotal, not including shipping costs and any other applicable fees.
